Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
Experience in HR management and personnel management
Ability to develop and implement HR policies and employee benefits programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
HR certification is a plus
preferred Giza or Maddi resident
2 years Experience
flaunt English
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
Experience in a technology or engineering organization is beneficial
Salary: E£1.00 - E£2.00 per month
