KIMI SA is a maintenance and repair workshop operating in the Marine and Power segments with headquarters located close to Piraeus, Greece. The company provides a range of services from overhaul and repair/manufacture to quality control and non-destructive testing for critical marine and power components, with an emphasis on Quality and Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Develop and execute global recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent from various countries.
• Organize and run HR processes from inception
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
• Handle employee relations matters, investigations, and resolution of workplace conflicts.

Qualifications:

• College degree or equivalent in Human Resource or related field
• Master degree is a plus
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in human resources management
• Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting talent from diverse international markets.
• Fluent in English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
