Collections Manager

If yes, we are looking for a *Collections Manager *to join our Team in Greece!

What you get to do in this role:

• Coordinate the entire activity of the Retail Collections Department.
• Design and implement effective collection processes, strategies, and procedures.
• Oversee collection performance across all products and portfolios managed.
• Develop and fully utilise functionalities of the collection system, analyse metrics and generate reports.
• Provide oversight, monitoring efficiency and productivity of the collections department.
• Plan capacity and workload for the collections team to ensure adequate staffing, provide guidance and support and organize training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies in all Collections activities.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related quantitative field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Collections or similar type role.
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position, leading high performing teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Team management skills, effectively persuading and influencing others.
• Action and results oriented.
• Good Analytical Skills.
