Our client is currently seeking German speakers who are willing to work remote from any place in Greece.

About the project:You will be working for a subscription-based streaming service that allows our members to watch TV shows and movies on an internet-connected device.
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve streaming issues
- Provide information on subscription plans
- Assist with account management and billing
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams
Requisitos:
Requirements:
- Fluent level of German (at least C1)
- Good level of English (at least B2)
- Communication skills
- Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new things
