Industrial Relations Officer - Dublin - ACH1
Our client, a representative for a specific industry in Ireland is looking to add an Industrial relations officer to their team.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- A relevant degree
- Previous experience of grievances at work an advantage
- Good knowledge / experience of WRC
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong IT Skills
As an Industrial Relations Officer your duties & responsibilities will include:
- Pursuance of complaints/grievances/claims informally and formally
- Attendance at meetings and provision of representation as appropriate
- Drafting of memos, guidance notes for members
Upon completion of training take responsibility for an assigned set of hospitals, which will include the following actions:
Attend the assigned hospital (s) on a scheduled basis and as required.
- Engage with the Non Consultant Hospital Doctors to identify local issues.
- Regular communication with NCHDs to update on issues and ensure awareness of issues / concerns in hospitals.
- Meeting and engagement with medical manpower / HR on issues, proposed changes and on local committees.
- Engagement with local committee members / reps on issues
- Regularly feedback to member advisory unit manager on engagement, such feedback to include a summary of engagement with NCHDs, engagement with management and any outcomes / remedies.
