• job description We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our team. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, coordinating with developers to ensure maximum project exposure and revenue generation, exploring new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. This is a full-time on-site role located in Heliopolis. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in a sales management role in the real estate industry (Brokerage) - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Demonstrated experience in developing comprehensive sales strategies and achieving sales targets - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills - Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships - Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in the Egyptian real estate market is a must (preferably brokerage)
