Enesel S.A. is a ship-management company based in Athens, Greece, presently operating a diverse fleet of 18 modern high specification tankers. All existing vessels are constructed to the highest international standards in first-class shipyards. The entire fleet is chartered to high profile charterers and operators mainly on time-charter basis.
Main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- In collaboration with the rest technical team be responsible for the successful implementation of company’s PMS and provide pre-joining ERP PMS training to seafarers
- Coordinate and follow up repairs/services/Class periodical surveys
- Monitor of certificates and Classification matters
- Monitor of annual services of safety items
- Monitor of KPIs/ preparation of the agenda for the quarterly/annual Management Review meetings related to fleet technical performance
- Provide assistance for OPEX Budget preparation and follow up
- Provide assistance on special projects/corporate reporting
- Maintain records/comments on technical expenditure and update the relevant software module(s)
- Be responsible for MRV-DCS reporting/ update of the DNV Veracity platform and Thetis portal
- Perform such other functions as may be prescribed by the Technical Manager
Additional qualifications/requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or educational diploma from a recognized university or institute
- Fluency in English, both writing and verbally
- Strong interpersonal, communication and team-work skills
- Positive, proactive, flexible approach and ready to take initiatives
- Strong ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize requirements to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Conversant with ERP systems
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, good knowledge of other professional software
