Are you ready to make a for change? Would you like to live in Greece? We are in search of a Dutch-speaking Customer Support specialist for Microsoft. This entry-level role is based in Athens and will see you handling customer inquiries, solving technical issues, and providing top-notch service to our Dutch-speaking clientele. You'll also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, providing product/service information, and resolving any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency. Your day-to-day duties will be instrumental in helping the company achieve its ambitious customer satisfaction objectives.

Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Basic technical knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
