EUC Engineer (Fixed shift)

Brief Description:

• Responsibilities_
• Experienced in troubleshooting both desktop/laptop hardware and software.
• Support user queries or issues are captured and validated for further processing.
• Coordinate with different support teams (including vendor coordination) to ensure issues are resolved with proper resolution recorded.
• Adhere to the SOP and Policy defined.
• Responsible for Call logging, Assignment, Incident Management & Coordination, Call Tracking and follow‐up until closure within the agreed SLA.
• Implementing best practices to reduce time and increase efficiency.
• Incident ownership, monitoring, tracking and communication with all parties.
• Focus on First Call resolution to ensure early closure of tickets.
• Day-to-day onsite IT support for hardware and software issues involving end-user desktops/notebooks, client’s network connectivity
• Preparation of desktop/notebook system image
• User account management (Account creation, deletion, modification, and reset password in accordance with Customer's process and procedures)
• Perform file backup, migration and restoration for end-users' desktops/notebooks
• Requirements_
• Higher Nitec and above in Information Technology or related field
• Provide IT technical service desk and onsite support for end-user services
• Support desktops, notebooks, printers and other hardware components.

Contract Type: 12 Months (Renewal)

Salary: SGD2,800 to SGD4,000

Location: Jurong, Suntec, East Coast, Punggol

Working Hours: Fixed shift
i. Mon - Fri 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (onsite), Sat 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. (onsite)
ii. Mon - Fri 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (onsite)

Commencement: Immediate

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
