Eram Talent, a leading independent talent acquisition consultancy, is seeking Process Design Engineers to join their team. As a Process Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing process solutions for various industries and clients. You will work closely with a team of engineers and consultants to deliver innovative and efficient solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop process solutions using engineering software and tools.
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyze data to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of process designs.
- Create detailed process documentation, including process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and operating instructions.
- Perform process simulations and optimizations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Evaluate equipment and technology options to select the most suitable for the project.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the project execution phase.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Process Design Engineer or similar role.
- Proficient in using process simulation software and engineering tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of industry codes and standards.
- Experience with industrial process design in sectors such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, or food processing is preferred.
