Technical Sales / Maintenance Service (Power Tools)

Job Responsibility:

• Help drive business and maximize sales through customer service, product knowledge, livestreaming, merchandise presentation and promotion
• Implement all operational policies and procedures in order to satisfy the needs of the customer while helping company to achieve its goals
• Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning and breakdowns of power tools equipment, systems.
• Database Management: Keep the CRM system up to date by entering and maintaining accurate client information, notes, and maintenance activities.
• Support in the planning, implementation, and follow up of store operational tasks and projects including corporate sales events, trade shows, exhibitions, outbound events and sales networking activities
• Conduct LIVE Streaming as a Host on various online platforms (Tiktok, FB & Shopee) on a daily basis
• Introduce, promote and demonstrate our product during LIVE Streaming
• Proactively encourage online audiences to adopt our product and make online purchases during LIVE Streaming
• Assist in content creation, planning and execution of short videos on TikTok and social media
• Your performance will be measured by your ability to demonstrate a strong sales performance and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction ratings for your service.
• Employee must seriously learn about the company and products related knowledge.
• Other Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned, based on the business need

Job Requirement

• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu (mandatory) and Mandarin (preference).
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and to meet datelines.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in related field is required and experience in Power Tools field
• Additional incentives for meeting monthly targets
• Additional commission for every repair servicing task.
• Excellent verbal and storytelling skills. Confident in speaking in front of camera.
• Have a proactive mindset, be mindful of current market trends
• Fast learner and a team player
• Genuinely enjoy talking and sharing information to people
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, AutoCount or other accounting system. Currently, the Company is using AutoCount system.

• This job will be based in Muar, Johor

Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
