What you’ll do
- Develop and enhance product offerings in accordance with design and consistent with business objectives.
- Conduct code and design reviews for development initiatives.
- Ensure completeness of root cause for major/critical incidents, and where possible resolve or provide workarounds, suggestions, and improvements to mitigate future events.
- Providing support for business users, resolving user requests, inquiries and issues.
- Comply with Disaster recovery and business continuity plans and procedures.
What you’ll need
- Java,.net or other software development exposure
- Exposure to Microsoft SQL Server, DB2 or other relational databases experience
- Technical and analytical skills, including the ability to understand and communicate technical information
