Duties and Responsibilities
Ø Prepare daily and monthly lesson plans that are engaging, educational and exciting for the kids, encouraging them to want to come to school.
Ø Prepare Annual Curriculum Plan (ACP) / Syllabus.
Ø Deliver lesson in a way that catches the attention of the students and keeps them occupied and excited about learning. Integrate different learning styles (i.e.visual, auditory, kinesthetic, etc.)
Ø Reach school and course-wide performance goals for very student in class.
Ø Watch closely for students who are struggling with emotional problems, learning disabilities or situations at home and help them find the resources they need.
Ø Grade papers and homework regularly to keep students updated on how they are performing and mitigate any problems before they become a habit.
Ø Increase educational knowledge and stay up to dates on new methods by joining professional organizations, attending continuing education courses and attending regular training sessions for teachers.
Ø Offer praise and encouragement to students when they do well and support when they are struggling and teach them that they have the power to do well in school.
Ø Create assessment and submit to Team Leader.
Ø Encourage positive behavior and creates a student friendly atmosphere.
Salary: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
