Position:Private Infant Nurse (Female Only)

Monthly Starting Salary:QAR 2,500 (Stay in)

Employer Background: A private residence is seeking a dedicated and experienced Female Infant Nurse to provide personalized and expert care to their newborn. The family (Qatari) is committed to ensuring the well-being and development of their infant, and are looking for a compassionate and skilled nurse to join their household.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive care for the newborn, including feeding, diapering, bathing, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Monitor the infant's health, growth, and development.
  • Offer guidance and support to the mother on breastfeeding techniques and infant nutrition.
  • Collaborate with lactation consultants if needed.
  • Administer vaccinations and medications as prescribed by pediatricians.
  • Conduct routine health assessments and screenings.
  • Maintain open and clear communication with parents, providing regular updates on the infant's well-being and milestones.
  • Address any parental concerns or questions related to infant care.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in private infant care, preferably in a home setting.
  • Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) is a plus.
  • Degree/Diploma in Nursing is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
