This is a place where you can find a career with meaningful purpose—improving lives through your life’s work- Boston Scientific is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern based in Warsaw.- Reporting into the EMEA Graduate Manager you would be working as a Talent Acquisition specialist recruiting interns and graduates for projects at an EMEA level. In this role we can offer flexible/part time working hours e.g 30 hours per week with a civil contract ‘umowa zlecenie’.Your responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with the hiring process of Interns and Graduates throughout the EMEA Region.
- Advertising, evaluating CVs, screening calls, etc.
- Employer Branding creating and maintaining relationships with Universities and other entities
- Proactively looking for events, career fairs, etc. where we can participate.
- Creating talent pools for future intern and graduate recruitments
- Being up to date on local internship and contract legislation
What are we looking for in you?
- Fluency in Polish and English is a must, German would be a great advantage
- Currently studying as a student in Masters or Bachelors Degree in Human Resources
- Experience in recruitment or HR would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize different tasks
