Requirements:
Offer expert guidance and support to line managers on HR policies and procedures.
Conduct performance appraisals and provide ongoing personnel support.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Assist in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
English level - C1
Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Proven experience in HR advisory roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and talent management strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting to HRBP in Netherlands.
