Team intro

You will be a member of a highly functioning Brand Experience (graphic design) team creating visual assets for the Marketing and Sales departments at an award-winning software company. In addition to creating production and fulfilment assets (banner ads, sales sheets, presentations, etc.), you will have the opportunity to work on projects from kick-off through the end. Your entire team will be based in the Eastern Time Zone (Boston, Massachusetts) in the USA. Though your working hours can be flexible, you will need to overlap at least 3-4 hours a day. Our goals is to make our technology-driven world a better place, and you can play an integral part.

About the role

As a Graphic Designer you will:

• Adhere to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries and meeting firm deadlines
• Participate in every stage of creative process, which includes brainstorming, storyboarding, creative reviews, feedback implementation, file sharing, daily standups, and sprint planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and content requesters to produce assets that achieve marketing goals and overall business outcomes
• Work simultaneously on a variety of projects on daily basis and ensure timely delivery of design projects while maintaining high quality
• Work with USA based company (EST) and associates; entire team will be remote and in the EST time zone.

We are looking for you if you have:

• Highly experienced with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design software
• 3 - 5 years graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
• Excellent communication and listening skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Experience with developing briefs and scripts into style frames, storyboards, and videoboards
• Highly organized, able to work independently, and has solid project-management skills; Ability to give and receive constructive feedback for creative output
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities while balancing big pictures and details; experience in agile methodology is a plus
