About the role:
As Sales Manager at Brian Geary Toyota you will be part of a team that is recognised by the industry, and our customers, for providing outstanding customer service and as a leading motor retailer in Limerick.
Role responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, train and progress the sales team to achieve new sales, used sales and finance targets
- Responsible for valuing trade-ins and assessing reconditioning costs
- Assist in the leadership of a sales team that prioritises employee culture and prides itself on providing exceptional customer experience
- Compile and analyse sales data with accurate KPI reporting
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in all departments to ensure streamlined service to customers
- Continuously improve oneself and the sales team through Kaizen initiatives
What we are looking for:
- Experience in the Motor Industry
- Ability to assess vehicles and have knowledge of reconditioning costs
- Track record of buying and selling cars and finance
- Be organised and have the ability to create and follow processes
- Highly motivated and passionate striving to provide an exceptional level of service to our customers
- Desire and attitude to succeed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
