roles and Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the cleaning activities of a team of cleaners.
Train and provide guidance to new and existing cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
Inspect and evaluate the work of cleaning staff to ensure compliance with established cleanliness standards.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns regarding cleaning services.
Conduct regular performance evaluations of cleaning staff and provide feedback for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning activities and ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve cleaning operations.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively train and motivate a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor as required
Salary: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
