Tiger Recruitment is delighted to be representing a prestigious Family business who have been at the forefront of the luxury market in France for four generations.
They are currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the President of the company. This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished professional who is looking for a long term and rewarding opportunity.
The role will be based on an 80% workload and located in Vevey, VD
Role and responsibility:
- Provide day-to-day assistance to the President in all international operational activities.
- Relieve the President by dealing autonomously with matters that do not require his personal intervention.
- Ensure the filtering of priorities and follow-up of ongoing business
- Organize the President's schedule and travel arrangements.
- Overall management of the office in Vevey
- Preparation of accounts
- Writing and proofreading texts in French and English.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- Participate in various special projects and initiatives as assigned by the President.
- Oversee participation and sponsorship of various charitable events in Switzerland.
Profile:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position
- Bilingual in English and French
- Excellent writing skills in both English and French.
- Knowledge of marketing and luxury goods would be highly beneficial
- Excellent presentation as an Ambassador of the President’s office.
- Good command of IT tools.
- You will be highly organised, work with the utmost discretion, have a sense of responsibility, initiative, flexibility and humility.
- Available for occasional business travel, predominantly in France
