Knightsbrook Hotel,Spa & Golf Resort is an Irish owned company and is part of the Cusack Group, with sister properties in Meath including Castle Arch, Ardboyne Hotel and Newgrange Hotel. Our hotel is located in Trim, 30 mins from Dublin Airport.
The hotel is currently seeking to recruit enthusiastic Part-time Banqueting Day Porter to join their professional and highly skilled team. If you would like to develop your career within a busy 4*hotel and have a real passion for the industry we could have an excellent opportunity for you.
The Role:
- To set up meeting and conference rooms
- To carry out all Porterage duties as specified ensuring a high standard is maintained at all times.
- Follow the direction of banqueting manager
- Dealing with any guest queries or requests and acting as an information source for guests.
- Communicating the Hotel Services and those of the Group to Guests.
- To provide and control the collection, delivery and storage of Guests luggage and dry-cleaning.
- To direct and help all guests entering the Hotel for whatever business i.e. Conferences, Meetings, Maintenance Work, Deliveries etc.
