An opportunity has arisen for a Brazilian Travel Consultant at Club Travel, one of Ireland’s most respected Travel Agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with their travel arrangements
- Advise current and prospective clients about destination options
- Making changes, requesting refunds
- Dealing with airlines
- Promoting fares/offers on social media platforms within the Brazilian community
- Experience in GDS, preferably Amadeus and Galileo
- At least 12 months experience in travel
- Passion for Travel
- A strong client focus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Portuguese Speaking
- Fluent English
- Good organizational skills.
- An ability to work in a busy and demanding environment and to work well as part of a team.
- A positive can-do attitude and customer-friendly approach
