Networks Executive

My client, a global insurance company, seeks to hire a new Networks Executive to join their team. Reporting to the Networks Manager, you will be responsible for managing all stakeholders’ providers services to the client within a geographical area. This is a permanent role with an attractive base salary, bonus, car allowance and benefits package. This is a hybrid role where you’ll be expected to commute weekly to Galway City as well as visiting service providers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with the measurement, monitoring and reporting of provider performance, carrying out visits where required to do reviews and audits.
• Proactively work towards the teams’ targets in order to grow the Network and accommodate our client’s needs.
• Carrying out provider visits to the allocated area.
• Administration of provider records on AMA - updating system as required.
• Maintenance of network priority matrix and distribution of work, tariffs and rates under the guidance of the business.
• Troubleshoot user issues with digital dispatch and monitoring tools (Roadmap) and liaise with service desk to secure resolution.
• Assist with the implementation of technology advancements and new digital tools.

Proactively work as part of the Networks team.
- Ensure complaints are dealt with in a timely manner, in accordance with regulations.

Deliver support to our network providers in a timely manner.

• Liaise with cross functional teams to ensure highest level of customer service.
• Assist with provider account queries and outstanding invoices or payments by being the general POC between the business and providers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a full clean driving licence.
• A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in, customer service, liaising with service providers and complaints.
• Strong administrative, negotiation and communication skills.
• Good understanding and working knowledge of financial services regulation.
