National Beauty Distribution is the leading importer and wholesaler of products to the beauty and cosmetics industry in Ireland. We work closely with a wide variety of retailers, ranging from beauty salons to high-street outlets, to provide quality sales, marketing expertise, and training. We carry over 5,000 SKU's in our 27,000 sq ft facility and ship over 120K+ boxes per annum.
Role Description
Qualifications
- Supervisory skills and experience in a warehouse environment
- Operations management and inventory control experience
- Warehouse management experience, with knowledge of safety and compliance regulations
- Strong customer service skills, with experience working with diverse clients
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate with team members, management, and customers
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and implement decisions
- Proficient with computer systems and software used for inventory control and warehouse management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations management.
- Experience in automation deployment a distinct advantage.
- Excellent people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, customers, and suppliers.
- Applicants should be able to perform tasks that require physical exertion, including lifting and moving heave objects, in order to fulfill the requirements of the position effectively.
