Job Position :QA/QC Engineer

Job Location: Doha, Qatar

Qualification:

Responsibility

To prepare, review and approve the management system documents.
To ensure that a management system is established implemented and maintained in accordance with the ISO/IEC 17025 management system standards.
To ensure that the continual improvement is going on after implementing the system.
To liaise with accreditation body for all the matters related to management system.
Approve the minutes during the management review meeting and set the action plan.
Overall responsible for the document control.
To establish control over document and data for Quality Manual and Procedures.
To schedule and arrange internal audits on the basis of status and importance of the functions.
To establish control system on quality and technical records.
To identify potential causes of non-conformities and take necessary corrective and preventive actions to remove the cause.
To identify and plan the training needs of employees for the management system.
To identify the corrective / preventive action based on the analysis of complaints / effectiveness of system and ensure action taken is effective.
To do data analysis and identify fruitful results for the further improvement.
Prepare report for management and chair the management review meeting.
Review and maintain records for Objectives.
To follow up the Lab quality and its progress with the Technical Manager, Lab Chemist and Sr. Lab Technician.
Overall responsible for establishing and maintaining of System based on ISO/IEC 17025.

Authority

To stop the activity, if found any non-conformity related to testing, accommodation and environment or effectiveness of system.
To review all the non-conformities raised during the audit and issue report to the Audittee for taking actions.
To approve the actions taken by the auditee as a basis to resolve non-conformities.
To suggest corrective and preventive actions related to the system improvement.
To monitor whole documented system and suggest preventive actions, if anything goes wrong.

Salary: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
