BUSINESS ANALYST/PMO
The external staff will support IT Management and IT Project Management in:
- Taking charge of specific project topics by assessing current and target state, performing analysis, elaborating a solution approach and ensuring the implementation of approved measures with IT and Business stakeholders;
- Performing analysis work; this could range from managing integrated software component inventories, integrated contract inventories and integrated project portfolios through the analysis of current and future generic processes and tools like the local time tracking tool;
- Negotiating new or adapted IT contracts;
- Performing UBS internal outsourcing controls including capturing of all relevant information and follow-up of open issues;
- Supporting the notification of local and European regulators on outsourcing initiatives.
Technical know-how:
- General banking know how (mandatory);
- Wealth Management / Private Banking;
- Institutional Banking;
- Financial instruments.
Tool know-how:
- No specific requirements;
Language skills:
- Fluent in English;
- German being an advantage.
