Job responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls on existing leads and cold calls
- Secure and manage new and existing accounts
- Monitor customer orders confirmations
- Expedite customer orders to secure on-time delivery
- Handle customers shipment requests
- Follow up related sales payments
- Maintain customers' information in CRM
Job Requirements:
- Min 1 - 2 years of experience in general sales / cold call
- MS Excel & MS Word skills
Other Information:
- 5.5 day work week. 9am to 6pm (Mon to Friday), 9am to 5pm (Alternate Saturday duty roaster)
- Working Location: Ubi
Salary: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
