As we embark on our rapid expansion, we are eagerly seeking talented individuals to join our team as *E-commerce Telesales Executive *to provide unrivalled support to our clients in the healthcare supplements industry.

Position

• E-commerce Telesales Executive
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads.
• Present, promote, and sell products & services using persuasive communication skills.
• Achieve and exceed weekly & monthly sales targets.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.

Job Requirement

• Experience in selling banking products, health & beauty and insurance is an added advantage.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales as preferably over the phone
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Skilled in negotiation, rejections and dealing with complaints
• Persistent and results-oriented with a positive attitude and a high level of resilience.
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• SPM and above

Salary
- Up to RM3000
