We're looking for a dynamic individual who are passionate in connecting and engaging customers over the phone.
We're a company that specialize in coaching people for multiple sources of income.
Every week we hold events, gathering, conference and workshop for our clients.
Your mission is to conduct outbound calls, reminder and confirmation calls to invite existing customers to our upcoming event, explain to them about the event.
Compile registration list, update status and do daily reporting.
Follow up with attendees after an event to get feedback and collection if the customers signed up for the company’s programme.
Assist in keeping the company’s client information updated.
Requirements:
1) You are well verse in English (Both in conversation and in writing)
2) You like to engage and connect with people on the phone.
3) You’re independent, self-discipline and a team player.
5) Open to learning and willing to grow as an individual.
6) High energy and loves to connect with people in person or over the phone.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
