Marketplace Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Listings and catalog management. Creation and optimization of product or service listings: compiling product descriptions, adding images, indicating prices and product characteristics.
• Sales optimization. Analysis and optimization of sales on the platform: improving product visibility, managing prices and promotions, analyzing competitors and market needs, and developing marketing strategies to attract more buyers.
• Management of reviews and feedback. Constant work with customer reviews and questions. General improvement in service quality. Order and delivery management.
• Order and delivery management. Tracking and managing the delivery process, ensuring timely processing of orders, communicating with suppliers and delivery services, and solving emerging problems.
• Data analysis and reporting. Analysis of sales data, purchasing behavior, and other factors. Compiling reports on sales, conversion, profitability, and other indicators, as well as using the obtained data to make business optimization decisions.

Reporting Line:
You will directly report to the Owner, playing a crucial role in the administration and management of our startup.

Confidentiality:
Maintaining the confidentiality of all technological and business secrets of the company is paramount.

• Holds a Bachelor's degree.
• Has 1-2 years of experience as an Individual Seller or as a Marketplace Manager on the Seller side (Lazada, Shopee)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word as a must).
• Familiar with accounting, copyrighting, and design.
• Knowledge about the promotion of goods on Marketplaces and other platforms.
• Strong Analytical skills. Capable of identifying potential products.
• Able to work under strict deadlines, with highly effective people skills.
• Demonstrates flexibility, honesty, loyalty, and a detail-oriented and patient approach.
• Fluent in Malay, and Intermediate in English (speaking and writing).
