The Delivery Lead - TO role is part of the Transformation Office (TO)’s Enterprise Delivery organisation which includes Programme Managers, Delivery Leads, and Programme Coordinators who provide program, project management, and coordination expertise across Westpac NZ supporting all Enterprise Change and Critical Transformation Programmes.
The team supports programs and initiatives governed traditionally and delivered in a hybrid of Agile and traditional styles, of varying size, complexity, and duration. This enables end-to-end outcomes to be delivered that span WNZL the Agile tribe/squad delivery ecosystem, as well as the more traditionally organised functions.
A Digital Delivery Lead in the TO is an accomplished delivery practitioner who brings deep Digital project management experience working in scaled agile Agile organisations and traditional delivery, who also brings relevant industry, business, and/or IT domain experience. A human-centered design thinking approach to problem solving/delivery is essential to successfully lead the delivery of key enterprise priorities and outcomes for customers, staff, the business, and communities.
