Baldangroup, Europe's market leader in the beauty and health sector, is looking for a trainer / therapist for its "MEDICAL AND AESTHETIC DIVISION" in the field of non-invasive aesthetic medical treatments with laser, radio frequency, magnetic field, microneedling and HIFU.
Tasks:
The Medical/BeautyTrainer & Therapist will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Supporting the sales team with demonstrations of the Medical-Beauty technologies, primarily at clients, promotion days, trade shows as well as online conferences.
- Independent demonstration of the technologies (on site & online)
- Counselling and carrying out test treatments on end customers in the partner practices.
- Training and coaching of partner practices and their employees. Theory and practice.
Requirements:
- Beauty training as a basis
- Strong affinity for beauty & aesthetics
- Experience in the beauty sector an advantage - not a must
- Strong results-orientation and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel within the region (including overnight stays)
- Good organisational skills
- Punctuality, reliability, motivation and enthusiasm are must-haves
- Winning and friendly personality, persuasive
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enjoy working with people
- Well-groomed appearance and polite manners
- If possible, basic knowledge of English or Italian.
