Are you an experienced Store Manager seeking a new challenge? Look no further! We are currently seeking a Supermarket Store Manager for our busy client based in Limerick.
Our client is a thriving grocery retailer who have seen huge growth across their business, and is seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead their successful store team.
Who you are:
- A passionate retail manager with experience managing large teams in a grocery retail setting
- A commercial manager with the ability to drive sales and profit
- Passionate about delivering results and developing a team around you
Key responsibilities:
- Maintaining consistently high store standards throughout the store
- Manage and develop a team of store colleagues to deliver results and excellent customer service
- Controlling store costs and actively working to maximise profitability
- Managing and exceeding KPI targets as set by senior management
- Cash management across the checkouts and back office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €60,000.00-€65,000.00 per year
