Key Responsibilities
- A flexible can-do approach to issues across the organisation.
- Promote safe maintenance best practices at all times while working to continuously improve processes and equipment.
- Assist in developing and improving new and existing maintenance plans within a GMP environment.
- Carry out planned/unplanned maintenance on packaging, production, and utilities equipment.
- Proactively follow up on re-occurring technical issues.
- Use of the CMMs system to record in detail all maintenance activities on equipment, utilities and site services.
- Completion of work orders as scheduled through the CMMs system.
- Daily reporting of maintenance activities through CMMs system so concerns are communicated in a timely and actioned in a timely manner.
- Participate in Safety training and initiatives. Adhere to safe working practices and other company safety rules.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Maintaining compliance with site procedures and policies.
- Develop a strong working relationship with all departments on-site.
Educational Requirements
Minimum of an electrical or mechanical apprenticeship with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. Experience of Packaging lines and automation experience is a distinct advantage.
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Industrial maintenance: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Mechanical/Electrical Apprenticeship (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Fermoy, CO. Cork (required)
