Are you an experienced Fresh Food Manager seeking a new and exciting opportunity? Do you have a passion for fresh food and delivering exceptional store standards? We are currently seeking a Fresh Food Manager to join our client’s busy supermarket store based in Cork.
Our client is a hugely successful supermarket chain and are delighted to be seeking a Fresh Food Manager to join their team.
Who you are:
- An experienced fresh food manager with experience driving sales performance across multiple fresh food departments
- Strong knowledge around HACCP and food safety regulations
- Ability to implement new procedures to boost performance of fresh food departments in store
- Effective people manager, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales across the fresh food departments in store
- Liaise with department heads to push any sales/promotions in store
- Train and develop your team to deliver excellent results
- Ensure compliance with all HACCP and food safety regulations
- Work alongside the store and assistant store manager to ensure a smooth running of the store
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €35,000.00-€42,000.00 per year
