Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Coach and mentor a team of junior Business Analysts in conducting PI (Program Increment) plannings in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
- Formulate and break down customer requirements for Research and Development (R&D) teams to understand.
- Provide expertise and support to the Business Analyst team, serving as a source of knowledge.
What You Bring:
- Senior-level experience (10+ years) as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, with a solid understanding of the SAFe process.
- Eagerness and proficiency in coaching and supporting junior colleagues.
- Strong team player, capable of fostering collaboration and cohesion within the team.
- Preferably, experience in the customer or automotive industry, which is considered a strong merit or requirement.
- Proficiency in both English and Swedish.
Salary: 30 000,00kr - 60 000,00kr per month
