We are excited to offer a full time position for an Operations Manager with an extremely strong knowledge of flowers and a background in the floristry industry.
Joeanna Caffrey Flowers is a passionate luxury florist business, our aim is to provide beautifully presented, luxurious flowers with a personalized floristry experience.Through our bespoke personal service, our experienced team provides unique floral creations using only the highest quality blooms from our worldwide hand-picked suppliers.
We have 4 flower stores based within the prestigious Avoca Handweavers along with an online business, we also provide a bespoke wedding and event floral service throughout Ireland.
The applicant is a highly experienced florist and an excellent communicator with fluent English, they have a very strong knowledge on flower varieties and care with a creative flair for design. They are very organised and have a people first mindset when it comes to driving company culture.
Key requirements for the role:
- Must be an experienced florist with a retail background
- Must have experience in flower ordering
- Must have experience in wedding and event management
- Must have experience with managing people
- Creativity, flair and an eye for detail
- Fluent English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well with others and motivate a team
- Ability to drive the company culture
- Have excellent IT skills
- Must be able to drive and have own car
Salary: €45,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
