Technical Business Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst with specialised experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Apps to join a reputable and growing organisation in Dublin.
You will be responsible for analysing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements and providing recommendations for improvements. You will work closely with the business to design and configure solutions that meet business objectives.
The Role
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, objectives, and processes. Translate these requirements into technical specifications for Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems, processes, and data structures to identify areas for improvement or optimisation. Recommend solutions to enhance efficiency, usability, and performance.
- Design conceptual architecture and technical solutions that leverages innovative Microsoft technologies.
- Develop test cases, perform system testing, and facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of Dynamics 365 solutions. Address any issues or defects identified during testing.
- Support key stakeholders through deployment to go live, and complete handover documents as required.
- Provide training and support to end-users and create comprehensive documentation to facilitate adoption and knowledge transfer.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Dynamics 365 and related technologies. Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation to drive business value.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to effectively communicate requirements, priorities, and project status.
- Work with our 3rd party partners and vendors to maintain and improve service.
- Manage expectations and ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
The Person
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules, including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in system analysis, solution design, and software development methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Salary: €70,000.00-€80,000.00 per year
