We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Analyst to join our Business Development Support team. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland - HYBRID/REMOTE.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Oversees the deal management process and ensures high quality delivery in all interactions with clients/prospects.
  • Provides feedback on metrics and methodology to improve process as needed.
  • Assist relationship managers to ensure client/prospect satisfaction.
  • Contributes to the achievements of team objectives. Drives improvements as needed.
  • Manage the pipeline database and training May allocate or coordinate work within the team.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • University degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management of related field is required
  • 10-12 years of total work experience in sales is preferred.
