  Job description

As a Junior Tester - QA you will work as a member of a Scrum team to ensure that software products and services meet business requirements, end-user requirements and specific industry standards. Together with more senior testers you will participate in defining approaches to build effective test designs and run testing as well as prepare of effective and reliable estimates for all Quality Assurance activities during the project development life cycle. You will have opportunity to learn SQL, strong basics of testing as well as best practices. We will also support you in creating your career path.

You will

• Collaborate and cooperate with the development team and key business users in Agile methodology
• Participating in implementing Quality Assurance procedures to determine and guarantee required product quality
• Design and implement detailed manual test scripts
• Perform the analysis, reporting, and tracking of product features/enhancement/issues using a defined procedure and workflow
• Ensure that defects, issues, and other items are completely resolved, and all appropriate items are updated accordingly
• Provide the knowledge sharing for other team members, support in all QA activities when it is needed

You have

• Previous experience of test analysis, design and scripting
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle, testing lifecycle and software technical architecture
• Excellent attention to detail and methodical approach to problem solving
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferably You have

• Experience of using SQL for database interrogation
• A professional accreditation (such as ISTQB/ ISEB)
• Knowledge of the following tools (e.g. Team Foundation Server, Selenium, Protractor, Microsoft Test Manager, Coded UI or similar)
• Programming / scripting macros
• Experience of testing XML message-based systems
