Sea Logistics Specialist
Location: Szczecin, Poland
The Company:Beliani is a successful Swiss online retailer. Over multiple
distribution channels we offer stylish designer indoor and outdoor furniture for
compelling prices. With its main operation office in Poland (Szczecin),
the company is rapidly expanding internationally and is looking for a Customer
Service Representative for different European markets.
The role:
- Responsible for containers booking process with sea agents and shipping
lines,
- Coordination of documentation flow (suppliers/shipping lines)
- Providing cycle system updates on all open orders,
- Maintain excellent cooperation with internal logistics departments, agents
- and suppliers- Controlling of partner's balance payments with Finance Dept
If you are:
- Independent, quality-minded and have a structured approach to tasks
- Having work experience in logistics departments, sea freight preferable
- Problem solver with open attitude
- English fluent speaker (min. B2)
- Educated: BA/BS Logistics/ Economy or similar
