Accountant

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Maintain General Ledger accounting according to US GAAP standards,
• Record and review journal entries for various transactions, including
  accruals, prepayments, intercompany charges, etc.,
• Perform Intercompany reconciliations and confirmations,
• Process bank statements and payment allocation, including Cash Pooling
  reconciliations,
• Maintain GL accounts reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  with US GAAP accounting standards,
• Complete quarterly reporting packages,
• Assist in preparation of reports and financial statements,
• Actively participate in system and process related improvement projects.
• Assist in implementation of internal controls required within the scope of
  duties.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years accounting experience in General Accounting (GL,
  Intercompany, Accruals, etc)
• Experience in US GAAP / international environment would be an
  advantage
  SAP)
• At least basic knowledge of controlling tools (e.g. BPC, BO, Power BI,
  Cadency)
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Structured and conscientious way of working, good communication and
  planning skills as well as a strong team spirit and a high degree of
  reliability
