Looking to hire Retail Duty Managers for our store - Four Square Milson in Palmerston North, who will be responsible for the below mentioned:
- Ensure smooth operations of the store at all times under the supervision of the Store Manager.
- Ensure that the customers are looked after and the company meets the Consumer Guarantee Act.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Help in achieving company goals and excel the reputation of the business.
- Respond to customer complaints in a quick and positive manner as per company.
- Maintain records of all transactions, stock orders, food deliveries and other purchasing transactions.
- Maintain records of all the maintenance work and other store expenses.
- Keeping records of the stock and, accordingly, informing the Manager to order the necessary required stock.
- Adhere to all company standards and procedures.
- Allot shifts to staff in a way that the store has adequate staff members present at all times.
- Communicate with the Store Manager when safety and security issues arise.
- Enforce policies and take appropriate actions as and when necessary.
- Report accidents and incidents within 24 hours of their occurrence (if any).
- Ensure effective communication with staff with respect to promotions, any company-related information, and bulletin board. Also, maintain excellent relationships with the team members as per the guidance of the Store Manager.
- Any other task as assigned by the Store Manager.
You will be required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week. You will be paid between the salary range of $27 to $31 per hour.
Other Requirements:
- Available to work on weekends.
- Relevant work experience is highly preferred.
- Physically fit to stand for a long duration
- Leadership skills
Salary: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Palmerston North, Manawatu-Wanganui: Relocate before starting work (required)
