Ensure that Vodafone Integration Services Up & Running with pro-active perspective on production.

How will you spend your time at Vodafone?:

  • To ensure the successful ongoing operation and coordination of related Integration Services.
  • As a service owner, to have end to end ownership of the Vodafone customer experience, the quality of service performance and the processes supporting the product/service.
  • Responsible of daily operational activities and availibility of systems.
  • Investigating problems, finding root cause of the problems.
  • Deployment of new products and services.
  • Implementing change management processes and user requests.
  • Periodic monitoring of systems for performance bottlenecks.
  • Responsible for reporting to stakeholders on product performance and supplier/partner performance.
  • Ownership of capacity planning to secure availability and performance of the platforms and systems against forecasted growth and demand.
  • Customer oriented.
  • Excellent skills in Communication and Stakeholder Management
  • Analyse new/upcoming technologies and to evaluate their impacts on current systems/environment
  • Provide assistance in new projects during following stages : designing, initiation, operation
  • Quality assurance of new and existing Order Releted and Integration Related Services
  • Assurance of predefined KPIs.
  • Create necessary alarms for new projects
  • Responsible for configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting and monitoring any issues for Order Management (OSM), Tibco sytems and Installation and configuration of Weblogic, Websphere and Load Balancer.
  • Ownership of capacity planning to secure availability and performance of the platforms against forecasted growth and demand.
  • Ownership of the product/service functionality to ensure it meets operational needs for performance management and reporting.
  • Ensure that, business processes to support and manage the service are developed, rolled out are not impacted adversely by any changes to the product/service
  • Introduce Best Practice Policies and Guidelines relating to products, licensing and support.
  • Accountable for improving operating costs for the product/service.
  • Ensure that VF HSE&W procedures are implemented and works carried out in compliance with local HSE regulations.
  • Ensure that work associated risks are assessed and reduced so far as is reasonably practicable
  • Comply with VFTR’s information security policy, standards and procedures, available under Intranet / Corporate Security Library,
  • Report all suspected security and/or policy breaches, potential security risks to VF TR Corporate Security,
  • Protect VF TR’s information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference,
  • Protect user accounts and associated passwords, and accept accountability for any actions performed via usage of those accounts.

  • Bachelor’s degree from Computer, Electronics and other related fields.
  • High level of expertise in service incident handling and troubleshooting
  • Excellent Problem solving skills
