The Trade Operations Tīma (team) is responsible for providing market leading services for our business customers that import and export their goods internationally.
This opportunity for an experienced leader with a strong understanding of trade products in business and operational banking.

This position is Auckland based and a hybrid, with three days minimum in the office.

- Provide great leadership to create a highly engaged, high performing tīma.
- Consistently deliver services that meet agreed service levels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects and process changes are implemented effectively.
- Proactively manage existing and emerging operational risks to keep BNZ and our customers safe.
What is the tīma culture and environment like?
Trade Operations is a tīma of 25 based in Quay Park, Auckland. We have highly skilled, experience tīma members who are highly engaged with a focus on serving customers brilliantly.
What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity?
The opportunity to lead the Trade Operations tīma and play a pivotal role in delivering essential services for our importing and exporting customers across C&IB and Partnership Banking.
