Role Description
We are seeking someone who is detail oriented, organized, and has a positive attitude to help in daily tasks to support the team. This individual will have full exposure to a fast growing company and a high learning environment.
Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Support digital marketing
- Triage shared inboxes
- Help coordinate interviews
- Help to manage the teams calendars / schedules
- Triage documents in appropriate folders for good organization and maintenance
- Support the team on various tasks so that we can thrive as a team
- Support in expense tracking
The role can evolve and expand, as the business grows. There could be other tasks you may find interesting/excited to take
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Finance or Business related degree
- Fluent in German and English
- Swiss B-Permit or EU/Swiss citizen
- Interest in Startup / Entrepreneurship
- Recently graduated or still in school in a related field
- Detail oriented and organized
