Job Vacancy for Admin & Travel Desk Executive.
Location : Fort (Mumbai)
Qualification : Graduate
Experience : 2 Years to 5 Years
Office Management
- Take care of day-to-day office activities of Administration.
- Maintain Housekeeping, Stationery, Courier and other office supplies.
- Handling Company Guest & Customers & Arrangements of Meeting.
- Documentation work which includes daily attendance of employees, update leave form, filling as well as entries on computer, documenting bills, making receipts & other administration works as per the instructions of the director
- Taking care of joining formalities of a new joinee
- Attending phone calls, managing front desk, courier
- Voucher checking for Turbhe, update all forms for Turbhe etc.
- Manage Petty Cash, preparing Internal Memos/ Notices, documentation.
- Making MIS, Weekly/Monthly report & maintaining all official records.
Travel Desk
- On receipt of approved TRF from either PLs / Managers go ahead with the employees travel and stay bookings as per the employees entitlement
- Issued tickets (Railway / Bus / Taxi Ticket) for travel., accommodation, Booking the Vehicles, and all relevant documentation
- Inform the relevant employee and his reporting manager / PL of the booing details in time
- Verify employee TRFs for reimbursement before forwarding to accounts and rectify where ever necessary. Each TRF should have a unique no. for it to be tracked.
SCM Coordination
- Update Stock statement
- Coordinate with logistics department for material status, courier of material, invoices
- Preparing delivery Challan etc
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
