Customer Service Clerks:
Customer Service Clerk: £20,000 - £23,000
Potential salary of £26,000 - £29,000 including basic, overtime and bonuses for established customer service staff.

- Bishop’s Stortford Hertfordshire
- Remote - working from home
Requirements:
We’re looking for people who enjoy interacting with a variety of different people, and are comfortable doing so over the phone. You’ll need to be a motivated, committed and reliable individual who thrives on going the extra mile for customers.
Successful applicants must have a grade 3/D in English and Maths, be customer focused and able to work in a high paced, versatile and dynamic team. Previous customer service experience is not required, but a confident and friendly telephone manner and excellent communication skills are essential.
The Role:
Opportunities to earn generous bonus payments by reaching performance related targets are also available.
Flexible **Working Hours:
Flexible working patterns available between Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm all year round. Talk to us about your preferred working pattern.
Weekends are optional but we are open between 9am to 2pm on Saturday.
