The Digital Marketing, Media & dCommerce Team is responsible for a consistent and end-to-end consumer experience across all touchpoints - a fully integrated team that sets the business up to take full advantage of the growth opportunities offered by the convergence of media, digital marketing, and dCommerce. WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Managing and executing the full funnel d-commerce investment strategy for Homecare Category by designing an end-to-end journey for our consumers and managing always on activities to help d-commerce channel to expand aligned with targets for Turkey
  • Working closely with e-commerce and marketing teams to craft and implement an end-to-end e-commerce funnel considering campaigns, promotions, and off/on platform communication.
  • Budget ownership of HC Dcomm Marketing activities.
  • Building a strong performance marketing perspective and execution to digital media, retail media and social commerce channels in collaboration with other teams and utilizing media agency. Also improve trackable KPIs like ROAS, ROI, CPM, CPC, uplift etc.
  • Leading all shopper marketing activities and be aligned with e-retailers. Also leading in platform SEO and SEM strategy.
  • Tracking online content & PSO quality for Homecare category where the project is led by 1UL teams.
  • Flawless wow and results for performance, retail, shopper and social commerce marketing activities.
  • As being the digital expert in d-commerce squad; participating in all activity launching phases, ensuring media efficiency by boosting data reuse and designing to the point testing strategy with the help of digital squad, courage all teams to invest in innovations or try new platforms, deliver best practice cases.
  • Using several tools and reports to get a deep understanding of the business, creating custom reports if needed and working with Data & Analytics team to build new reports and structures.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields
  • 3-5 years’ experience and superior knowledge for d-commerce for the following pillars: performance marketing, retail media, partnerships, strategy crafting and content marketing
  • Experience working in an analytical role and comfortable using analytics tools
  • Experience working as or with marketing stakeholders/agencies and an understanding of their likely challenges and information requirements
  • Experience driving business value from consumer insight
  • Good understanding of the Ad Tech and Mar Tech space around Data Management Platform and Demand Side Platform
