Customer Support Agent**:

We're seeking an individual who is fluent in English and Swedish (proficiency in both languages is necessary). Proficiency in Danish, Italian, or Dutch is advantageous. You'll embody patience, empathy, and effective communication skills as a team member. Your role will involve ensuring excellent service standards, efficiently addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.

The extent is approximately 10 hours per week, partly during weekends, and with the opportunity to work extended hours during vacations and absence of other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve various customer support issues, from technical assistance to social media inquiries.
  • Respond to feedback across multiple platforms, both public and internal.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand and report user feedback and issues.
